You may have noticed that some of our Suruga Seiki and Misumi branded items show longer than normal lead times, or are listed as temporarily unavailable. This is due to high demand and I understand it could cause concern for your project.
Please keep in mind that Misumi USA has direct lines of communication with the manufacturers of those stages, so it is possible for us to negotiate shorter lead times, and I can help with finding alternatives for items marked temporarily unavailable.
Otherwise, I noticed you've been looking at our XYSSG40 stage, and wanted to ask about your application. Can we schedule a quick call or virtual meeting?
Also, if this part doesn’t quite fit into your application, we can try the following:
- I can recommend similar products that may fit better
- We may be able to customize the part within reason (Misumi and Suruga brands only)
