1Must be a U.S. Costco member. To qualify for this promotion, you must sign up and get approved for a new Elavon merchant account from March 1 – April 30, 2026, and activate the account by May 31, 2026. The account must have at least 30 days of processing by June 30, 2026. Costco Executive Members will receive a $300 Digital Costco Shop Card for a new, active Elavon account. Costco Gold Star and Business members are eligible for a $200 Digital Costco Shop Card for a new, active Elavon account. Merchant accounts have to be activated and actively accepting payment transactions for a minimum of 30 days and be in an open status at the time of the award. The Digital Costco Shop Card will be emailed 12 weeks after account activation. Digital Costco Shop Cards are not accepted at Costco Gas Stations, Car Washes or Food Court Kiosks. Digital Costco Shop Cards are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law and cannot be applied to offset monthly merchant account fees. 2Estimated savings are calculated on annual processing rates and are based on Elavon's analysis of The Strawhecker Group’s industry data survey in payment processing services as of June 2025 on net revenue from merchants of a similar size and type compared to the portfolio. Actual savings will depend on business type, card type, and manner of card acceptance and volume of transactions. Non-Executive Members pay an Application Fee and Monthly Statement Fees. Services provided by Elavon.
3Visa/Mastercard/Discover service is sponsored through Elavon. Rates listed are for qualified card transactions. Lodging (at 1.79% plus 20 cents) payments are not eligible for the in-person qualified rate. Additional rate tiers and costs apply to non-qualified transactions. A monthly minimum charge of $20 applies when total monthly transaction fees and per-item charges are less than $20 per month. A $25 Application Fee and $4.95 Monthly Statement Fees apply for non-Executive Members. Rates and fees may change without notice.
