Yes we will be vacated by then. Final details are still being worked on so I do not have an exact date yet.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your lease and wanting to vacate the suite. I see that your lease ends on 7/31/2026. Is that when you are wanting to vacate? If so, I would recommend we meet 2-3 weeks prior to you turning over the keys so we could walk through it together and go over anything  that needs to be done. Please let me know a couple of days and times that work for you so we can get it scheduled.

I would like to inform you that we will not be renewing our lease. Please send any necessary paperwork required for the lease termination process. Additionally, we would appreciate the opportunity to schedule a pre-walk through inspection to allow us time to address any necessary repairs before returning the keys.
