Hi Chris,

 

Unfortunately, this black is too matte finish and not what I was looking for. And it leaves marks on it when our installation tool touches it.

I was hoping to get some sample parts first here, but this order took so long for some reason.

 

What would be the timeline if we shipped these 60 parts back to you and got them repainted with the Gloss Black?

 

We need/want the finish to be identical to the yellow parts you make for us…also shown in this picture.

Hi Chris,

 

I guess we’ll try Graphite Black for these first units, just to keep things rolling here. Googling this colour it takes me to the Cerakote website, and this shade looks decent.

 

For the future large batch order of 200 parts, we may change this colour shade depending on how the first 30 parts look.

For the Black parts the Vendor is asking which shade of black, below are the options. Do you have any preference?

• Armor Black – Flattest finish option from H-Series
• Graphite Black – Satin finish from H-Series
• Gloss Black – Gloss finish from H-Series
• Blackout – Slightly less gloss finish from E-Series
