Usually from what I’ve seen in the past, NG folks will reach out to schedule the service, then the service supplier will invoice our third party supplier.  so in this case once the work is complete you’d send your invoice referencing NG PO 5000697353 to PB&J and they’ll invoice us directly.

 

 

 

Oh interesting I have only received a request from Cynergy, nothing from PB&J as of yet. Nothing has been sent to Cynergy  yet as I have needed to confirm payment terms since the last invoice was paid at N90

I only know of one po that was cut to PB&J Tech, they should be working with you with their PO / invoice.  I did let our team know they can reach out to schedule the needed service.

I have been told we have two POs coming from Cynergy and PB&J since we were not set up. Should they still be sent that way or now that we are set up, have processed through Northrop direct?

Sorry for the delayed response. When we open the W9, we can only see the signature part of your image below, not the digital timestamp info part to the right. I wonder if you expanded the box where the signature gets placed if we would be able to see the signature? Would you be able to try that? Let me know if you have questions.

Yes I am not sure what I am not understanding as I can see the digital timestamp. It was also rejecting saying it appeared to be a digital signature and it was not. So I am trying various ways to get it approved.

You can see below there is a timestamp signature.

Thanks for completing the questionnaire so quickly! I don’t know if you’ve seen it yet, but the questionnaire was sent back to you with the following comments for correction:

 

Question 4.3 The W-9 submitted in Question 4.3 does not have a valid signature. Please submit a W-9 with an original "wet" ink signature or a digital adobe certificate signature with a timestamp. Copy-pasted, typed, and digitally drawn signatures will not be accepted. DocuSign signatures will not be accepted without a certificate of completion from DocuSign.

Question 6.1 Account holder name is a required field as it will integrate into the supplier's vendor master database. Account holder name should reflect supplier legal name submitted in 3.2. Also, please include Bank Control Key.

Question 6.4 Vendor’s Bank Contact information (Name in 6.4.1, Title in 6.4.2 and telephone number in 6.4.3) are required fields by the Treasury Dept and will integrate into the supplier's vendor master database. We can accept Customer Service for Contact Name and Title and general phone number for the bank.
