Hi Zack,
I understand you are working on this quote for us form Schunk but I need you to apply more pressure and urgency. We sent the original RFQ on 08/31, I have a hard time imaging it takes Schunk 4 weeks to quote off the shelf parts. At this point this is causing a delay on our project.
