I’d like to clarify that the charges in question were processed in line with the signed
agreement as attached, which includes a 12-month commitment. In addition, the card details were entered directly into our system at the start of the engagement, which enabled automatic billing against that card in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
We’d be very happy to talk this through with you and make sure everything is fully clear, and
I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you once again.
