Reject Nozzle Stock and Unknown Packaging Film on Nozzles.
Hello,
I am reaching out from Turnpack LLC regarding a few questions on the behalf of George Bloom of Midas Technology and our company. We recently ordered 3 Straight, .120" Quartz Nozzles. Of the three, we found that one was over tolerance and rightfully rejected its use. George Bloom also has two rejects at his location. Is there any way we could have these resized to meet tolerance?
Secondly, we had unpacked the 2/3 in-tolerance nozzles and found that there is this white film on the insides of the nozzle stock. I have provided photos below. Is this an issue for the assembled nozzles? Is there any way we can remove this film?
