Dear Valued Supplier,

This is a reminder that to help protect your account and our shared information, SpaceX uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on all Supplier Portal accounts. Multi-Factor Authentication is one of the simplest and most effective ways to secure your account. It adds an important layer of protection beyond your password, helping to block many common attacks.

Please take a moment now to:

• Verify your account details, especially your phone number (required to receive MFA codes via text or voice call)
• MFA works best with a cell phone number/a device that receives text messages - if possible please update your contact info with a Mobile Number in the Contacts section of Portal (Under the Company tab).

We also encourage you to enable MFA on your other sensitive accounts, such as email, banking apps, and cloud storage.

If you encounter any issues updating your phone number, please contact your Supply Chain Buyer POC.
