Reason for Return: Unsuitable for Intended Application
Good morning,
Your RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Number is 60088856. This number is good for 14 days. Items received past the 14 days will be issued a restocking charge. Our minimum restocking fee is 25%.
The items must be in their original manufacturers packaging and show no signs of use, misuse or other damage. All mirrors should be packed in lens tissue before placing them in foam packaging. All returned items go through an inspection. If our Quality Assurance Department determines something is wrong with the product we will contact you and let you know if we will accept the item or if a restocking fee will be charged and what the percentage will be.
Items found to be defective are accepted for repair or replacement for a period of one year from the invoice date. If everything is okay we will issue a credit minus the shipping and handling charges.
Please do not write on original packaging. All returns should be sent to:
