  Hi Sorry could you please help clarify because I am receiving conflicting information.

   

  One person told us we need to have a mailbox installed at our location. (since this is a new build there is not one) 6922 E Via Northgate.

  Our neighbor, in the same building, said he went down to USPS and was instructed to put in a mail forward request and then he was told which box number to use at the mailbox located on E El Porton Ave and S Sagewood, no need to install a new one. Then to hire a company to rekey the lock.

   

  Do we need to install a new box or can we use the one down the street?
