Hi Tim,Apologies; the team was waiting on me for this. I just got back from back-to-back service calls but we'll get the quote out today. I just want to confirm I have everything straight:- WH CONTROL KNOB H4WHKN: This is our older design. We can provide parts or you can send the workholder to us for an upgrade to the H5WHKN which is a more robust design. The part cost is about the same but the upgrade requires about three hours of labor.
- Heaters and Thermocouple Assembly: Judging by your pictures, are you asking for a quote for the stage heater harness and not the jet heaters? If it's the heater harness, shipping us the workholder would allow us to replace it, test it and perform the control knob upgrade as well.

On the bent plate, you could blast the part you have and have the welds ground down flat, if you need a new one we can cut and bend it though- on the cabinet, we can put rivets in it, just send me the info on the rivets and the part, we can just stick them in it.

We are curious about what it will take to get the cover redone so that the plate sits flat, no bends are present, and the welds are smaller. If the welds are an issue, we can find another company to complete them as requested, the bends alone would be sufficient for us.
Additionally, the cabinet assembly was supposed to have these two pieces riveted together. Is there any way we can get that done and squared away as well?
